Our 30-day promise
If Athlete Private isn’t right for you, tell us within your first 30 days and we’ll refund your membership. If we’ve already started settling you in, we keep a fixed fee of 25% for that work.
Agents, clubs and teams can arrange membership on an athlete’s behalf. Our fees cover the concierge’s work; bookings, rent, school fees and other third-party costs are passed on exactly as charged.
